At Rich Sorro Commons, we crafted an active and urban project at the street level with a supportive and secure living environment above. The development provides for 100 family apartments, which surround a common outdoor space and community center on the podium. 9,000 sq ft of retail space and a child development center help activate the ground floor at both streets. Parking (vehicular and bicycle) is located in the center of the building.
